Extend contract 2 yrs. front loaded

total contract = 118k

The vote has not been finalized but it looks like it will go through...if it does the 1st yr of the contract remains the $26.

The Loading can only be done to the extension years.

So Contract becomes $46K for final 2 years = $92K

$60K in 2013 and $32K in 2014.

I can go with regular contract then? I misunderstood obviously

Yea...just hold off on all Contract Extensions until the Poll is finalized.

I will then go over everything with everyone.

The thing is the rulebook does not specify how I would handle the extensions. Under the original rule the raise went into effect immediately...however if the rule passes then this yrs contract does not change 1 bit...you are only changing 2013 and 2014.
