I would like to propose an additional RB as a mandatory starter. Only 1 RB as a mandatory starter is weak.

Re: Added offensive Position
I like the idea personally. I would prefer to not eliminate one of the flex spots. So what we are considering is 1QB 2RB 2 WR 1 TE & 2 Flex.

Re: Added offensive Position
One issue that might be brought to the table is that lineups are constructed and values are determined using the 1 RB mandatory and this might not fit some owner's model.
A potential compromise might be to have it stay the same this year and put the change through for 2015 thus giving owners a full year to adapt and plan for a revised lineup. I am sure some owners have completely devalued the 2nd RB position (rightfully so) and might be resistance to immediate change. But if there was a "transition period" they might be more receptive. Because the I do like the idea of making it more difficult to manage your starting lineups. It would certainly make the league better.
Just a thought to ponder for any owner who might be completely opposed to the idea. Maybe a year of transition might be something that would work.

Solid proposal. I would be game if we dropped a flex spot and did not proceed with rule until 2015. I'm all set with one flex over two and not having to decide between a 4th wr, 2nd te, or 3rd rb.

Re: Added offensive Position
I think the idea of Blake's is to make things more challenging. In an era of football where scoring is at an all-time high it makes sense to increase the number of starters. This rewards the savy owners and also puts a premium on finding diamond in the rough and not just loading up on the studs.
