Will Occur in off-season prior to the tagging period, if we need to replace more than 1 owner.
All players and picks from the defunct teams will be placed into a "draft pool"
The draft will be conducted on this message board in a thread created by a member of the CC.
This will be a serpentine draft with the order being randomly generated by [Only admins are allowed to see this link]
The draft will continue until all players under contract and all draft picks have been selected.
There is no timer for making selections but if you cannot make a selection within 24 hours, please notify a member of the CC ahead of time. They can either make a selection for you or inform the other draftees there will be a delay.
Any owner who takes over a team may make 1 cut
without any cap penalty implications provided they announce they are using
their cap exemption cut via the message board.
You may select a player with (0) years remaining on his contract provided you plan to either Franchise or Transition Tag him.
