Please post the name of offending team, date the trade was offered, and the date the trade expired.

In the case of the yahoo guys they are not receiving league emails. So did you send them a direct message as well. If so on what date?

Trade offered from me to WP on thurs, feb 28. Sent direct email as well as recommended by commish. Trade expired this past thurs at 7pm. Yet to get response. Thanks.

That is only 1 week.

Off-Seasons you get 2 weeks to accept a deal. The default trade offer is only 7 days, so you need to manually set it for 2 weeks.

Therefore no strike issued for this.

Apologies. Re-submitting violation against WP because of earlier miscalc of days. Trade offered 2/28. 2 weeks passed yesterday 3/14 with no response. Including to direct email.

If trade expired 03/07. Trade is expired. The issue is that the system only allows a max default of 7 days for trade offers. So in order to bang an owner out you need to change it to 2 weeks manually.

So unless the offer was resent I can't give an owner a strike. If owner has no trade to respond to can't hold that against him. Could be a rescinded offer.

While I am sure this is simply a case of being negligent on his part and not necessarily because the owner never had an offer to respond to, I need to make sure he at least did have a trade and it was on the table for him for 2 weeks before I can issue a strike.

I would say this, if it is sent with a 1 week window and then resent with another 1 week window, and the trade is not changed, then I think that would and could be classified as a 2 week offer.

I agree with that sentiment commish. More importantly, I'm nominating a trade strike for Birdman, as well. I forgot to post it immediately, but I offered a trade that sat there from 3/1 to 3/15 unanswered. Feel free to confirm this to ensure he didn't reject it at 10:59pm, where I wasn't getting my update emails then. Thank you again, Kueth Duany, for my custom-fit gmail account.

Yes, I was proactive and sent texts and a personal email to alert him EARLY on that the trade offer was sitting there for him to scope.

I can not verify that he did or did not respond to the request. This is because you had your email preferences turned OFF. So no email would have been sent. I would say the fact he did not respond to the text is reason to believe he did not respond. If he did in fact reject it, WP can go into his transactions log and take a screen shot of the rejection. But I doubt this is the case.

Let's look at it this way then...when's the last time he signed on? He'd have to do that to reject it anyways. For owner activity, he's not even showing up on my screen, so I can only assume that means it's been longer than Lake's 31 plus days, where he's shown and Birdman isn't. In which case, clearly he didn't reject this by March 15th.

I do not believe this logs you in. Given that he did not receive the email, no he did not sign in to reject.

I've got a strike on White Power as well. The trade was proposal was for 2weeks, and expired on april 8th or 9th. it's been a busy week and I wasn't able to check back in before it had expired. So it was either 3/26-4/8 or 3/27-4/9. I did send out and email to almost the entire league letting him know the proposal was made. no response

This is too easy. Lake didn't respond to a trade offer for two weeks, ending Cinco de Mayo. I'll drink to that.

Basically, if you go 20 days without logging in, you can bet your ass there will be an offer waiting for you. This is an easy strategy to thwart fellas, just fucking sign in.
